This session creates an opportunity to begin the beautiful journey of new perspectives. You explore the practice of meditation with a camera, refresh your way of taking photographs, meet like-minded people and take care of your wellbeing.

About the Event

We combine the elements of mindfulness and photography as we truly believe in the power of their two practices to have routeing effects. It's amazing how just a few minutes after starting the practice, our thoughts change, slowly moving towards relaxation, just being here and now. Photography encourages mindfulness by heightening our awareness of seeing. With mindful photography, you can use the camera as a tool to learn to be present. You’ll notice more of the beauty that’s all around you, and direct your attentional focus.

The wonderful thing is that we don't need advanced equipment or a lot of time for this kind of photography. Simple, very friendly exercises have a power that we often forget. This workshop is suitable for people of all photographic abilities with an interest in mindfulness and curiosity about how this can be applied to photography.

... invite a new routine to bring joy and gratitude into your daily life


- 2 blocks of meditation exercises, each about 15 min

- 2 blocks of mindful photography exercises, each about 20 min

- sharing your experience with the group (if you like)


The group size is limited to a maximum of 15 people. If you are interested please book your ticket.

As we practise mindfulness and get in touch with our inner world, please note that this event is not made for therapeutic purposes. If you want to attend please be cautious with yourself.   


* Camera phones to DSLRs all welcome. The session is suitable for all levels of ability.

* Blanket, yoga mat, meditation cushion 

* Something to drink

* Depending on the weather: warm clothes, sun protection


If the weather will be not suitable, the part of the event will be hosted at the studio near Britzer Garten.

We will send you the exact location on the same day.
